Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after you receive your order.
All items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging for return approval. Used, damaged or customized goods cannot be accepted for return.We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please submit a return request and place a brand‑new order.Return Shipping Cost
If the return is caused by product quality issues, damage during transit or incorrect item shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise,all return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our return address in China. We do not provide free return shipping labels.Return Process

2. We will reply with return instructions once your request is approved.
3. Ship the item back following our instructions. Please keep your shipping tracking number.
4. We will process your refund after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Refund
Once returned items are received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5‑10 business days for funds to show on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
Sale items cannot be returned unless there is a product defect.
